Job Information
A newly created role for a growing company to support day-to-day accounting procedures. . If you have a background in finance and knowledge of bookkeeping activities this would be a good opportunity. Finance Administrator responsibilities include maintaining records for all transactions, assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports and processing reimbursements :
  • Administration of payments including entry of client bank details
  • Liaising with the payments team to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Monthly reconciliation of payments made.
  • Other ad hoc work as required to support the finance team.

Candidates will have:

  • Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
  • Time-management and organisation skills. Attention to detail
