Our client, a successful Oil & Gas business situated in Great Yarmouth, is seeking a Purchase Ledger Controller to work in their friendly accounts office.
The key duties include processing purchase invoices, setting up new suppliers, reconciling supplier statements, chasing suppliers for missing invoices and preparing supplier statements. You will also process credit cards and expenses, reconcile petty cash, process inter-company recharges and provide purchasing cash flow projections.
You will have experience in a similar role, have good attention to detail, strong communication skills, the ability to prioritise, work to deadlines and seek out and implement improvements. Benefits include 5% pension, study support, 25 days holiday, cycle to work scheme.
